Hi Welcome to Rochester Mn the home for me and my Family. I have three kids and live in the Southwest side of Rochester. 

A little about me and what i can do for you.  I have been in Rochester for about 15 years now. I Graduated from Mayo High school, and Lourdes. Played a little hockey and some golf but never mastered any of them.

Went to College in Red-wing Mn and studied  HVAC ( heating and air conditioning)  Than i came back to Rochester and Started working with a company Called Himec inc.

I started an interest in Real Estate when I was 18 bought my first home a duplex, Bought and held for five years and doubled my money.  Now me as an apprentice it did not take much for me to understand this is not bad deal at all.  

 From there i went and started going to school to read and study Real Estate through formally known as Pro-source and now known as Kaplan University.  

I have been in the Real Estate business now for 5 years and have started from nothing. I started at a company called Keller Williams, jumped to few other companies and decided that i just could not give up 20-40% of my earning to the Companies. So I started Rochester Premier Realty, LLC and now i have been up and running for the last 2 years. 

Now I can now share that 20-40 % percent that i was giving out to the Broker now i can feed back to the community, My clients can really appreciate lower commissions and much better results from this adjustments.

Although the market has changed and we are getting a glut of foreclosures buyers and sellers be warned!!! This is one of the most best times you should be purchasing real estate. The greatest amount of wealth is being exchanged right before our hands.  So please don't just stand there help yourself and your family and profit from this one and a life time opportunity.

I have have been involved in several successful flips, boy were they tough!  No joke!  I also have knowledge in larger acquisitions like turning motels in into apartments buildings, I  did  1.2 million dollar renovation of a 70 apartment building and turned into a 40 apartment unit rented complex out and is now running at 96% percent occupancy.  Now valued in 2.5 million.  

I am true to my clients i do not promise clients anything as this would be a lie but i sure will try my hardest to communicate with them and get the job done.  This is part of my business and is to be loyal, obedient, integrity, honor.   These are a must and to stay true to myself than i can be true to my clients.
